Stellar Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining team in a large senior living community. You will ensure residents receive their meal preferences with professionalism and knowledge of menu content.

You will supervise servers, manage meal service flow from kitchen, and maintain a clean, organized dining room while supporting residents and staff. Qualifications include a valid Food Handlers Permit, CPR/First Aid, fingerprint clearance, and

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• 1st AID / CPR Card.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• English communication required.
• Experience with elderly residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals with exceptional customer service.
• Keeps dining room and kitchen stocked and prepared.
• Assists with setup and cleanup of kitchen and dining room.
• Delivers trays to rooms on request.
• May perform kitchen helper and dishwasher duties.
• Supervises servers and communicates assignments.
• Manages server schedule to budgeted labor hours.
• Oversees cleanliness and organization of dining room.
• Guides servers to maintain professional appearance and work ethic.
• Reads/writes/speaks English to fulfill job requirements.
