Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead daily operations in our community restaurant and deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents.

Lead, train, and schedule dining room staff, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required to support our residents’ dining needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain) with understanding of sanitation codes.
• At least four years of full-cycle food service in upscale dining.
• Two years of supervisory or front-of-house management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all front-of-house food & beverage staff.
• Ensure residents are satisfied with the dining experience.
• Provide ongoing training for dining room staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage budget controls.
• Monitor seating, events, and service flow; handle special requests.
