Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; reputable course in food management preferred.
• Minimum of three years in food service with at least one year in supervision.
• Current ServSafe certificate.
• Knowledge of buffet catering and kitchen equipment.

• Supervise day-to-day dining room operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee meal service in dining rooms and function areas.
• Recruit, hire, and train dining room staff per policy.
• Coordinate inventory and ordering for dining room supplies.
• Maintain dining room readiness and compliance with standards.
