Qualifications

• Experience leading dining/service teams in a hospitality or events setting.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and event supplies.
• Strong focus on guest experience and safety standards.
• Experience reducing costs and improving processes.
• Experience recruiting, training and mentoring staff.
• Ability to collaborate with events/sales teams to secure private bookings.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining program and coach the team end to end.
• Ensure flawless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Own inventory for tools, supplies, and event needs.
• Enforce safety and sanitation with hands-on leadership.
• Drive service excellence and respond swiftly to guest feedback.
• Partner with Events/Sales for private bookings and successful events.
• Lead seasonal programs (Holiday Pop-Up Bar) with creativity.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff during peak times.
• Reduce waste and optimize event operations.
