Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across all departments.

• Develop budgets, monitor cash flow, and control costs.
• Hire, train and manage chefs, servers, bartenders, and staff.
• Plan menus with chefs and manage inventory and ordering.
• Lead marketing campaigns and online reputation management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
• Partner with ownership on growth strategies and renovations.
• Support a vibrant nightlife environment with safety
