Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff follow recipes and tickets for accurate order prep.
• Ensure precise weights and measurements for all items.
• Motivate and coach team to maintain service speed guidelines.
• Create systems to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supervise cash handling procedures and security measures.
• Lead team to maintain dining room, restrooms, parking, and overall cleanliness.
• Handle guest issues and coordinate with management on complex problems.
• Document performance and policy violations, taking corrective action as needed.
