Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain client rapport and work with multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with the Food Service Director
• Manage and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across operations
• Deliver client and company financial targets and maintain P&L statements
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
