Job summary

Aramark is seeking a dining services leader to develop and execute dining solutions at a retail food location, overseeing operations where customers order from a menu. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, implementing efficiency measures, forecasting needs, and coordinating with internal departments to meet service and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to develop and coach staff to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leverages coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
• Ensures individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards in all operations
• Maintains effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
• Ensures completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements
• Delivers client and company financial targets
• Adopts Aramark processes and systems; educates teams on margins
• Creates value through efficient operations and cost controls
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
• Supervises production, quality and control in Front of House dining operations
• Assists in location forecast and accounting
• Coordinates activities with other internal departments
• Interfaces with vendors and key service users within client organization
• Submits and maintains systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food and related products
• Ensures sanitation and safety levels are met
• Directly supervises two or more employees with hiring and performance responsibilities
• Maintains inventory and completes period inventory
• Supports a unified retail experience across departments
