Job summary

Duke University is seeking an Assistant Manager for Duke Dining Services in Durham to coordinate, plan, monitor and supervise its Residential Dining locations, ensuring efficient and economical operation on a second shift. Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house operations to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage dining operations administration including budgeting and inventory controls.
• Coordinate with culinary team for menu adjustments and safety/compliance.
