Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant expeditor role or a similar position is preferred.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and address unexpected challenges calmly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the kitchen and the front‑of‑house team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Inspect plates for presentation quality, accuracy, and adherence to culinary standards.
• Monitor ticket times to prevent delays in food service.
