Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience serving and hosting in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, warm service from greeting guests to taking orders and processing payments.
• Attend to guest requests efficiently and accurately.
• Stay knowledgeable about current menu items and specials.
• Set and clear tables; refill condiments and assist with other needs.
• Tend the bar, serve cocktails and offer drink pairings; prepare coffee/tea.
