Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for Black Bear Diner in Pueblo, CO to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the leadership team, you will guide a diverse staff, monitor food quality and guest satisfaction, manage schedules, and partner with the General Manager to drive profitability and guest experiences.

Experience in full-service dining and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and create a culture of excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong focus on providing a high-quality dining experience and excellent customer service.
• Ability to think quickly and address daily operational challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
