Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 IT Intern to support Digital Workplace Services across manufacturing and business operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with deployments, and help coordinate IT projects in a global manufacturing setting.

You will work alongside IT professionals, gain experience with Microsoft 365, end-user support, and IT documentation, and contribute to process improvements in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in IT or related field.
• Strong interest in IT support, networking, systems administration, or digital workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and workplace tech deployments.
• Support IT projects to improve productivity and user experience across sites.
• Coordinate hardware deployments and software installations.
• Contribute to network, infrastructure, and digital workplace activities across locations.
• Maintain IT documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
