Job summary

Momentive seeks an IT Summer Intern for Digital Workplace Services to support end-user devices, software, and collaboration tools across site locations. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, CE, or related field.
• Strong interest in IT support, networking, systems administration, digital workplace technologies, or infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to employees diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other workplace tech.
• Support IT projects and initiatives to improve productivity and user experience.
• Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, workstation setups, software installations, and upgrades.
• Assist with network, infrastructure, and digital workplace support across sites.
• Maintain IT documentation, processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support meeting technologies and executive user requests; research emerging tech.
