Qualifications

• English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day IT support activities including hardware, software, and collaboration tool issues.
• Support site IT projects and digital workplace initiatives through research, coordination, documentation, and testing.
• Help track, prioritize, and follow up on support requests and project action items.
• Participate in user experience and technology adoption activities, including feedback collection and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and process guides.
• Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with IT experts to learn and support modern workplace technologies.
• Support site events, office moves, equipment deployments, and technology refresh activities.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations for the team.
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas for process improvements.
