Qualifications

• 2-4 years analytics, employee research, IT measurement experience.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on data quality.
• Experience with dashboards and survey methodology.

Responsibilities

• Run the digital employee experience measurement program and maintain dashboards.
• Supply evidence base for new tool evaluations using survey data.
• Capture and package time-savings evidence for AI initiatives.
• Contribute data and analysis to monthly and quarterly reports.
• Translate current data into clear findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure privacy by using aggregate data and limiting access.
