Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tech Lead for Field Enablement & Reporting to design and deliver AI-enabled field decision support and reporting platforms. You will lead a technical team, translate complex business requirements into scalable tech, and collaborate with product owners and vendors to ensure secure, compliant solutions across CRM, analytics, and data ecosystems.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile delivery, and partnerships with field, sales, medical, and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
7+ years of experience after degree in field force effectiveness, sales operations, CRM, or field analytics in pharma.
2+ years in Tech Lead, Technical PM, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership roles.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as AI-enabled decision support and field reporting systems.
Experience leading teams in Agile product development and working within matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Design solutions that solve business problems, providing technical insight on feasibility, effort, and tradeoffs.
Translate roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans with clear tasks.
Lead the technical team, drive work plans, and ensure delivery of Field AI and reporting platforms.
Mentor software engineers and vendor partners, and coordinate cross-team problem solving.
Ensure security, governance, and standardization across CRM, analytics, and data platforms.
