Mercedes-Benz Group is seeking a Product Concierge – Digital Retail in New York to perform outstanding vehicle deliveries both virtual and physical for new and pre-owned vehicles. You will educate customers on high-tech features, demonstrate capabilities, and ensure a smooth handover with personalized settings and MercedesMe Connect activation.

You will support the Digital Sales team with test drives and assist returning customers with vehicle technologies, maintaining Standards of Excellence

Formación

• Must have superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers and ensure they are comfortable with high-tech features of the vehicle.
• Demonstrate navigation, entertainment, connectivity and safety features to customers.
• Deliver vehicles following pre-delivery checklists and personalize settings for customers.
• Set up MercedesMe Connect and activate vehicle before customer departure.
• Assist Digital Sales with test drives and support returning customers with vehicle technologies.
