Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. seeks an Associate Digital Innovation Project Manager to deploy AI-powered solutions, analytics, and IoT tech across North America. You will bridge business leaders and technical teams, translating ops challenges into scalable digital solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.

The role reports to the Head of Transformation and requires coordinating with multiple functions to ensure value, governance, and alignment with AHNA Digital Portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience leading digital or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of IT and digital technologies for business value.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate achievements clearly.
• Strong reporting/presentation skills for leadership briefs.
• Google Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement digital innovation projects and manage delivery on time and budget.
• Lead AI use case definition, collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Grow a digital culture and organize training across AHNA and NA region.
