Job summary

Delta Air Lines in Atlanta seeks a D&T Transformation Senior Analyst to drive AI-enabled modernization across the department, partnering with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable programs.

You will work across functions with technology vendors and Delta teams to evaluate AI, automation, and digital tooling opportunities, building roadmaps and presenting findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technology consulting, digital transformation, or related field.
• Hands-on support for people, processes, and technology improvement projects.
• PMO experience with technology or digital transformation programs.
• Familiar with AI/ML, generative AI, and automation in business.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to safety, security, and ethical data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI transformation strategy with leadership, including technology thought leadership and material creation.
• Assist with cross-functional transformation programs, including AI adoption and pilots.
• Support AI-enabled solutions that improve processes across D&T.
• Help shape D&T business operations strategy with responsible AI adoption.
• Build relationships with internal departments and tech partners to drive change.
• Research AI trends and map roadmaps to Delta operations.
• Increase cross-team collaboration to accelerate digital transformation.
• Present findings and landscape assessments to senior leaders.
• Adapt methods to incorporate new technology and automation.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities for stakeholders in technology initiatives.
