Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Herndon, Virginia, is seeking an HR AI/ML Engineer to join the HR Digital team.

You will design and deploy AI agents to optimize HR processes, train models, and support data engineering initiatives across North America, with up to 10% travel.

Applicants should have 6 years of HR AI/ML or data engineering experience and a degree in CS/IT/Engineering; expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 6 years of professional HR AI/ML or data engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services (GCP or AWS) and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and ML models for HR challenges.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Monitor and optimize deployed AI models for accuracy.
• Build robust data pipelines ingesting HR data from APIs and databases.
