Qualifications

• 8+ years leading digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise change initiatives.
• 5+ years managing large cross-functional programs and teams.
• Proven enterprise technology implementations with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in AI, ML, automation, digital platforms, or intelligent workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and platform modernization.
• Experience creating executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead commerce Digital Transformation initiatives and architecture for enterprise-wide e-commerce transformations.
• Modernize the digital commerce tech stack to support scalable growth and omni-channel integration.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and AI guardrails.
• Drive ROI-focused value delivery, defining KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end governance, budgets, timelines, and risk across digital initiatives.
