Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Project Engineer II to manage activities from concept through delivery. You will interface with internal teams and customers to ensure successful execution of the digital thread architecture and MBSE tooling integration.

The role requires strong project management, systems engineering expertise, and collaboration across disciplines. Occasional travel and hybrid office work are expected in a complex defense program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role and strong project management skills.
• Experience integrating PLM/MBSE tools and maintaining requirements-to-design traceability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities through the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Interface with internal teams and external customers to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end traceability across tools and models.
• Define data governance and configuration management practices for the digital thread.
• Present status at program reviews and customer meetings.
