Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience integrating PLM systems with MBSE/SysML tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end digital thread architecture across full product lifecycle.
• Architect and implement integration between PLM, MBSE/SysML, CAD, simulation, and manufacturing systems.
• Establish data governance policy and configuration management for digital engineering data.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for digital thread matters with program management and customers.
• Present integration status at program reviews and technical interchange meetings.
