Ignite Credit Union is seeking a Digital Teller Specialist to provide outstanding member service through our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) network. This role blends customer service, financial transactions, tech support, and relationship building to create a seamless digital banking experience.

The ideal candidate is service-driven, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated to help members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or teller operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and account inquiries through ITM systems
• Deliver professional, friendly service through video and digital banking channels
• Educate members on digital banking tools and available products and services
• Identify member needs and recommend solutions that support financial well-being
• Ensure compliance with policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor ITM equipment performance and assist with troubleshooting
• Partner with internal teams to maintain system functionality and service quality
• Support branch and organizational sales goals through consultative conversations and referrals
• Maintain accurate records and transaction documentation while meeting standards
