Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze technology costs and identify areas for optimization and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all digital technology assets.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure performance and quality metrics are met.
• Conduct regular audits of digital assets and vendor performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies.
• Support platform resiliency reviews of digital technologies.
• Manage vendor-related disputes and escalation.
• Ensure compliance to entitlements and company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations for vendor collaboration.
