Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Technology Services Vendor Manager to optimize technology spend and oversee vendor relationships. You will lead audits, manage asset inventories, and develop dashboards to track performance and cost metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital technology services and vendor management.
• Ability to analyze technology cost drivers and optimize spend.
• Experience conducting technology audits for licensing compliance and entitlements.
• Proven track record developing and implementing service strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technology costs and identify areas for cost optimization; recommend improvements or replacements
• Develop and maintain an inventory of Digital technology assets
• Monitor service-level agreement compliance and performance and quality metrics
• Conduct regular audits of Digital technology assets, technology platforms, vendors, and consultants
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with vendors to establish service-quality mitigation strategies
• Participate in platform resiliency reviews of digital technologies
• Handle vendor-related disputes and elevate issues as necessary
• Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies for technology vendors
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations departments
• Research vendor issues, elevate as needed, and follow through to resolution
• Work with internal customers to execute digital service initiatives
• Monitor and report on cost-optimization and digital-service initiatives
• Support vendor oversight, due diligence, compliance, and cost optimization
