Job summary

GM Financial is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to advance our comprehensive cybersecurity program, advising the organization on risk, organizing information to enable informed decisions and addressing threats to protect systems and data assets.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop security requirements, manage risk, and implement controls across IT, networks and applications in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and updating cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures referencing NIST controls.
• Experience with audit management and remediation tracking.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners to manage cybersecurity needs.
• Knowledge of IT security processes and controls and cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute portions of the GMF Cybersecurity Program to advise on risk management.
• Develop security requirements to protect company information assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure program effectiveness.
