Qualifications

• 3+ years vendor management experience in a financial organization.
• 2+ years audit compliance support (FDIC, FDICIA, GLBA, SOC).
• 2+ years of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
• 2+ years of experience with regulatory data security guidelines (PII, PCI, PHI).
• 2+ years of HIPAA, PCI, HITRUST, SOX experience.

Responsibilities

• Review third-party certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST) to identify gaps.
• Monitor regulatory developments and vendor compliance with laws.
• Validate vendor performance and SLAs.
• Prepare risk status reports for leadership and auditors.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT and others on risk mgmt.
