Job summary

Vehicle Service Group is seeking a Digital Technology Manager to lead IT initiatives across ERP, CRM, MES and related systems. You will guide strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with MSPs and vendors to deliver value while supporting operations.

The role emphasizes governance, SOX compliance, and service delivery management, with a focus on aligning technology with manufacturing goals and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM fields or equivalent.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, IT Manager or IT Project Manager.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years delivering services/projects via 3rd party providers.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, PLM systems and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to define and implement IT solutions across ERP/CRM/MES domains.
• Manage daily site/region operational IT support and optimize costs via standard processes.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to build multi-year roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Oversee IT projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain relationships with service delivery partners and ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls effectiveness.
