Job summary

Neptune Technology Group seeks a Manager of Digital Technology Shared Services to govern how technology enters and moves through Neptune's portfolio. You will own intake, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and contract lifecycle across the enterprise, partnering with functional area leaders and the PMO.

You will lead three Digital Technology Business Analysts, drive enterprise-wide governance standards, and apply COBIT and ITIL practices, with a focus on TCO and cloud FinOps oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in IT, including 3+ years in technology portfolio management, IT financial governance, or a comparable governance role.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing contract lifecycles.
• Background in IT financial governance, including working with TCO models and business cases to inform investment decisions.
• Change management experience at an enterprise or multi-team scale.
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks or AI tool evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern technology intake and governance across Neptune's portfolio.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contract lifecycle for Digital Technology.
• Develop and maintain portfolio governance standards and executive dashboards.
• Lead three Digital Technology Business Analysts embedded in functional areas.
• Oversee cloud FinOps governance and cost optimization.
