Job summary

K&L Gates seeks a strategic Director of Digital & Technology Strategy & Execution to drive the firm’s technology agenda and translate strategy into delivery. Reporting to the CDTO, you will oversee the PMO and BRM teams and ensure initiatives are planned, resourced, governed, and delivered with excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, CS or related field; MBA preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in technology strategy, delivery, or operations leadership with PMO/portfolio responsibility.
• Five+ years' experience leading and developing teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience translating executive strategy into delivered outcomes in a complex organization.
• Preferred background in professional services, legal, or client-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the CDTO's strategic priorities from decision to measurable completion.
• Lead and deputize for the CDTO in meetings and keep technology leadership informed.
• Translate strategy and roadmaps into coordinated, owned delivery plans with milestones.
• Oversee the PMO and BRM teams, setting governance, standards, and delivery methods.
• Align technology investments with business value and total cost of ownership.
