Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking a Manager, Digital Solutions to lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms across multiple business functions. You will establish the operating model for cross-functional demand management, ensuring priorities become executable delivery plans while developing a team of Business Analysts.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions, drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, information systems, or life sciences).
• 5+ years in lab, pharma, or biotech settings with platform management or delivery roles.
• 1+ year in people leadership, including Business Analysts or similar roles.
• Agile or delivery certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms.
• Establish operating models for demand intake and roadmapping.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business strategy and DTS.
• Facilitate governance forums and balance value, risk, and capacity.
• Provide executive-level reporting on platform health and progress.
• Act as primary relationship manager for stakeholders across functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for timely delivery.
• Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams with dependency management.
• Ensure regulatory, validation, documentation, and change management compliance.
