AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director to spearhead cost takeout and technology transformation engagements for enterprise clients. You will blend business strategy with technology modernization, AI adoption, and operating-model redesign to deliver measurable margin improvements and growth.

You will lead advisory conversations, shape transformation roadmaps, and oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams across consulting, architecture, and engineering.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise programs.
Proven track record leading large-scale cost optimization and modernization.
Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level discussions on cost optimization, technology strategy, and business transformation.
Shape transformation roadmaps with quantified financial benefits and value realization.
Oversee delivery of large-scale transformation programs across domains like cloud, automation, and AI.
Develop opportunities with sales teams and lead complex pursuits and RFP responses.
