We support our talent in investing in startups, brands, and shows to help them achieve their dreams. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Coordinator based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area to manage sponsorship deals, brand outreach, creator support, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Identify popular creator trends across YouTube, TikTok, and other media platforms for market research.
• Develop and pitch new clients and business opportunities.
• Represent Night as the point of contact for external brand and agency partners.
• Handle client-facing duties including business procurement, fostering ongoing relationships, and negotiating service agreements.
• Create and maintain reports on the talent agency and brands landscape.
• Identify inbound opportunities across all Night clients.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of talent management or influencer marketing experience working with brands and agencies.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn from industry-leading digital talent managers.
• Work hour flexibility (not your typical 9-5).
