Job summary

HP in Georgia is seeking a Principal Consumer Services Product Owner to define platform strategy and lead end-to-end product management for digital subscription services across Consumer & SMB offerings.

You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, run agile ceremonies in Jira, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring clear requirements, traceability, and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development.
• Four-year or graduate degree in CS/Software Eng/IS or related field.
• Proven experience in Software Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering, or Solution Design for enterprise-scale digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment, and conflict resolution.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Agile/iterative delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital solutions across subscription experiences (enrollment, billing, servicing, lifecycle operations).
• Translate business objectives into capabilities and features with traceability from strategy to stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile development, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain alignment between product roadmap, operational readiness, and delivery sequencing across internal partners.
• Recommend product requirements and definitions to align stakeholder needs.
• Manage feature parity across multiple subscription offers and geographies, balancing roadmap and system readiness.
• Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience for large projects.
• Advise key stakeholders on portfolio strategy across lifecycle phases.
