HP Indigo Print – Americas in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Program Manager, Product Services to own the lifecycle of service offerings from launch through optimization. You will lead complex, multi-country deployments, align stakeholders across regions, and drive value for customers while achieving profitable performance.

The role requires a strong product ownership mindset, executive-level engagement, and demonstrated ability to steer cross-functional teams across time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred.
• 7–10 years in product/services/program management or 4–7 years with advanced degree; global, customer-facing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of HP Indigo service offerings, from launch to sunset, with defined KPIs.
• Lead large, multi-country service programs across Americas; manage scope, schedule, budget and expectations.
• Drive cross-functional execution with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to meet customer goals.
• Manage customer escalations end-to-end and coordinate regional teams to resolution.
• Oversee P&L for service lines, including parts, labor, and efficiency targets.
• Establish and track KPIs for service quality, customer experience and financial health.
