Job summary

The Cardiovascular Research Foundation is seeking an organized Associate Manager for Strategy & Operations in New York, NY. This role blends strategy, operations, and project management to support digital initiatives within CRF Digital.

You will connect stakeholders, manage timelines, improve communication, and help teams collaborate effectively across essential digital projects and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
4+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, digital operations, or related roles.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches.
Experience with Monday.com or similar work management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate digital projects from intake through launch and ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and launch checklists.
Manage Monday.com boards, dashboards, and templates for visibility and accountability.
Lead weekly project reviews, prepare agendas, notes, and action-item tracking.
Collaborate with Marketing, Editorial, and vendors to align deliverables with objectives.
