Job summary

The Cardiovascular Research Foundation is seeking a Senior Conference Project Manager in New York, NY to lead planning and execution of major scientific meetings. You will manage timelines, milestones, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, PMP preferred, and proficiency with Monday.com/Asana/Smartsheet, Excel, and Office tools. You will partner with Program, Marketing, Logistics, and Industry teams to refine processes

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a dedicated Project Management role for conferences or large events.
• Experience managing conferences with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• PMP Certification or strong project management methodology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning process for assigned conferences from initial concept through operational readiness.
• Develop and manage master project timelines, identify dependencies, and align departmental milestones.
• Facilitate cross‑team planning meetings, document decisions and action items, and maintain centralized project documentation.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between Program, Marketing, Industry, Logistics, Digital, and Multimedia.
• Track progress against milestones, flag risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
