Job summary

Interra Credit Union in Goshen, IN seeks a Manager Digital Strategy to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital roadmap that enhances member experiences and drives growth. You will oversee digital product strategy, systems, development, and support with enterprise-wide impact.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, align cross-functional groups, manage vendor relationships, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps while ensuring security and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience managing a digital banking strategy including 3 years in data analytics preferred.
• 5+ years leading and managing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Digital Technologies or related field. UX design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in defining and executing the vision and roadmap for Interra’s digital ecosystem across product, systems, development, and support functions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital products and platforms from strategy to launch and optimization; ensure integration with fintech solutions and internal platforms.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-functional digital team; set goals and accountability aligned to priorities.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive member growth and product adoption; translate insights into measurable outcomes.
• Oversee relationships with digital vendors and partners; ensure security, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
