Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, information systems, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership in business systems, technology, digital transformation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, and automation technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating technology vendors and third-party business solutions.
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Preferred: experience in financial services and core banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Credit Union's business solutions staff.
• Align technology strategies with organizational goals and improve efficiency.
• Oversee data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Partner with executives and managers to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices for data and apps.
• Collaborate with IT on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor technology trends and drive member service improvements.
