Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial analysis experience in the financial industry, including ALM model experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Bloomberg Certification preferred; valid driver's license.
• Experience with asset liability management and capital markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and planning to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee investment strategy and monthly/annual forecasting for business units.
• Analyze loan and deposit pricing and profitability; build pricing models and dashboards.
• Lead projects and ad hoc analyses; present findings to senior management.
• Coordinate annual budget and provide management reporting infrastructure updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
