• Experience with digital/banking systems, fintech integrations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead digital initiatives from kickoff through launch with clear timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to document requirements and dependencies
• Support testing cycles (QC, UAT) and release planning; monitor post-launch performance
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure usability, adoption and system performance
• Partner with marketing and learning teams to drive awareness and user education
