Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital strategy, transformation, or business innovation roles.
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into practical, executable solutions and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with growth and priorities.
• Develop a comprehensive digital roadmap with measurable outcomes and performance metrics.
• Lead governance for digital investments, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Oversee digital product management, UX, engineering, analytics, and DevOps functions.
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
