TEGNA is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Strategist for WUSA9 in Washington, DC. You will own campaign accuracy from proposal through launch, optimize across digital, streaming (CTV/OTT), and broadcast, and partner with Account Executives to grow revenue.

You'll turn campaign data into clear stories for clients and sellers, train teammates on digital products, and explore AI-driven improvements to speed and accuracy. A strong client-facing track record is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years in digital media, campaign management, or ad operations.
• Strong knowledge of CTV/OTT, targeted display, and attribution.
• Excellent attention to detail with multi-campaign management.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of owning outcomes.
• Analytical mindset to simplify data and tell clear stories.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own campaign accuracy from proposal through launch and wrap, coordinating with Account Managers and fulfillment teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, flag issues early, and propose optimizations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on client performance calls, proposals, and QBRs.
• Translate complex campaign data into clear stories for clients and sellers.
• Identify revenue opportunities using campaign insights for upsells and new prospects.
• Build case studies and attribution reports to demonstrate results.
