Job summary

STV is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join its Digital Advisory team in the Boston, MA area. The role supports delivering digital tools that improve project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Under guidance of senior staff, you will implement digital systems, develop efficient workflows, and support project teams with technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting digital solutions, project technology, or construction administration.
• Experience with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions aligned with client needs.
• Configure, test, and deploy project management platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to develop dashboards and insights.
• Assist with contract administration and project controls workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain digital workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Provide user training and adoption support for digital tools.
