Job summary

STV seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist for its Digital Advisory team in Boston, MA. You will help implement digital tools, configure platforms, and develop reports to enhance project execution and stakeholder collaboration.

The role focuses on building workflows, training users, and advancing process improvements within infrastructure and construction programs. A related degree and 3+ years of experience in project data and analytics are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting digital solutions or project controls.
• Experience with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions that align with client project requirements.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying project management platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to develop reports and dashboards.
• Support contract administration and project controls workflows, including document management and RFIs.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Help develop and maintain digital workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Provide user support, training, and adoption assistance for digital tools.
