Job summary

STV seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist in Boston to support digital tools and workflows across client projects. You will help configure and deploy project management platforms, collect and analyze project data, and deliver dashboards that drive informed decisions.

The role offers exposure to infrastructure and construction programs and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology-enabled processes, solid communication skills, and experience with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, information systems, business, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting digital solutions, project technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions aligned with client projects.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying project management platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to develop dashboards and insights for teams.
• Support contract administration and project controls workflows, including documentation and changes.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to identify process improvements.
• Help develop and maintain digital workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Provide user training and adoption support for digital tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of project objectives.
