Job summary

STV is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join our Digital Advisory team in Boston, MA. You will support the implementation of digital tools, develop efficient workflows, and assist project teams with technology-enabled solutions to improve project execution and decision-making.

Under senior guidance, you will help configure platforms, build dashboards, and provide user training, while contributing to process improvements across infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting digital solutions or project controls.
• Experience with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions aligned with client project requirements.
• Configure, test, and deploy project management platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to develop dashboards and insights for teams and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change tracking, and project closeout activities.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
