Job summary

STV Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy Lead to join our Advisory team in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll bridge program operations, data strategy, and systems implementation for major infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities include overseeing digital solutions across programs and supporting the management of PMIS and SharePoint platforms. We're looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a background in digital solutions.

This position comes with a compensation range of $139,693.44 - $159,649.65 and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting digital solutions in complex program environments.
• Experience coordinating system implementations and operational technology rollouts.
• Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination lead for data and systems initiatives across active infrastructure programs.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of PMIS platforms and SharePoint solutions.
• Lead change management for digital initiatives across operations.
